WaterAid Toy Sale

Here at St Michael’s we feel incredibly lucky to have pupils who want to improve the world that we live. Recently, one of our Year 3 pupils wanted to raise money for the charity, WaterAid. She decided that holding a toy sale after Christmas would be a great way to raise money to support villages in developing countries to access clean water and toilet facilities. She chose two friends to help her and advertised the sale throughout the school. All children visited and were able to purchase a toy or book that had been donated. We had some very happy children!

In total, a fantastic £238 was raised! What wonderful children we are surrounded by.
