School closure

As per the most recent text message, children are to be picked up at 12:30pm as the school will be closed this afternoon. A decision regarding opening tomorrow will be made as early as possible and we will inform you by text message/southglos school closure message and school website. Many thanks for your patience!

New books!

Take a look at all of the books that we have been able to put into classes, which was raised through the commission of our School Book Fair before Christmas. Thank you so much for supporting it, think of how many children will take pleasure in reading these.

Junior Dance Club

Our Junior Dancers put on a fantastic show at Abbeywood school yesterday evening. They were so excited to perform and did an excellent job. Thank you very much to Miss Paine for all her hard work in choreographing the dance as well as organising costumes.

Year 5 Remembrance Service

Our Year 5 led a beautiful Remembrance Service this morning. It was so lovely to welcome parents, grandparents and neighbours to share this event with us.

Book Fayre

Thank you to everyone that supported the School Book Fayre – we sold a massive £742.00 worth of books which means that we have earned just over £200 to spend with The Book People on new books for the school.  The chidlren are always thrilled when new books arrive in the classroom. We have now…
